When it was time to start building compost toilets for Lavenant, I spent a lot of time online looking for plans on how to build. I was looking for a toilet that seperated pee and poo and that had a large holding capacity (to avoid spening too much time constantly emptying a small poo bin). After a lot of time researching with WWOOFER, Prunelle, we found a few models that we decided to use as guides. Though in all of our research, one thing that we were often faced with was that to acess most of the building plans online you had to buy and download a PDF (often around 50€). This bothered me… so I decided then and there that once we had succeeded in building our super toilets, we would share our building plans so that others could freely access them and build their own SUPER PEE & POO SEPERATING COMPOST TOILET!
So here it is! The plan includes the dimensions for building the structure which we then enclosed with planks and we found some scrap plexi for the roof. For the door, we decided to sew a curtain that we close with small hooks on the inside. If you have any questions, feel free to pose them in the comment section below! Happy building!
